Ok, this is no innovative presentation from Nokia. Before this one popped up, there were similar phones doing rounds in the market, Sonim being more prominent. While this may be true, the Nokia 3720 classic notches up one extra point for its look. It doesn't look like a walkie talkie but a phone made to make calls, text messages and click photos. The design is a cliche of Nokia with smoothed edges, rounded rectangle D pad and comfy to hold handset. At first glance, you wouldn't realise that this phone is built with a different purpose in life.
Prepaid plans are excellent if you do not make use of the service a lot. People who just like a walkie talkie for occasional or emergency use find that this is the most cost effective method to go. You can have minutes according to your use and it is at ease to put them using the internet or your phone. I fall into this type. I spend around $20.00 a month, lots of times less for my phone. This is excellent for kids. Wal-Mart has a Straight Talk phone plan that offers unlimited talk and text for $45.00 a month. There is also a direct talk plan with limited talk and text for $30.00 a month. You can obtain the most modern phones with both of these plans.
So, riddle me this, you caffeinated geek, when do you think the first mobile phone call was made in the valley? I'll give you a hint, it was in Palo Alto, not far from the Apple store on University.
Your walkie talkie - you are not alone, we all have a walkie talkie to divine guidance, you just need to empty your head of "monkey chatter" and remember to hear the messages in the silence.
Even the most modern, up to date locks are useless if they are left open. Make sure that everyone in the family has a key and uses it every time they leave the house. And burglars know all the places you might hide a key. Don't use a fake rock or a "convenient" door frame. You might consider leaving an emergency spare with a neighbor instead.
In short remember that with each workout you perform-whether it mobile communications be interval training or resistance training it is important that you find a way to change it up and keep yourself challenged. Training in your comfort zone is useless. Good luck and let me know how it goes!
